Gary has been the sales manager for DM Dean Custom Homes, a family run business, since the inception of the company in 2007, and was in general real estate locally previously. Gary has been part of the success of DM Dean as new home builders, building a clientele that has become valued friends.

Meet Andrea Boutchia
Andrea worked with the Dean’s in their church’s youth services programs. With an Associates in Business, she then got her real estate license. Through her connection with the Dean’s, she partnered with Gary to assist with land acquisition, including researching feasibility of land use, cost-of-build concerns, and environmental considerations. She also manages marketing materials and messaging.
